Qualified Pricing 2026: What Piper and the Platform Cost

Qualified publishes tier names but no prices. Here is what the Premier, Enterprise, and Ultimate plans include, what procurement data shows buyers pay, and the Salesforce cost behind it.

Qualified does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three tiers - Premier, Enterprise, and Ultimate - with no dollar figures and a demo request.

Independent procurement data fills the gap. Vendr, updated February 2026, reports an average and median Qualified contract of $62,000 per year across 185 analyzed purchases, ranging from $35,460 to $117,190, with buyers negotiating an average 23.16% off the initial quote.

That $35,000 floor is the number worth sitting with. Qualified is an enterprise purchase, and there is no smaller entry point.

What Each Tier Includes

Qualified publishes the feature split even though it withholds prices.

Premier covers the core product: video, voice, and text conversations with website visitors, meeting scheduling, AI-generated emails, marketing offers, Slack collaboration, enterprise SSO, and a multi-language agent.

Enterprise adds enterprise APIs, custom cookie and data-retention policies, third-party intent signals, Salesforce sandbox support, and support for multiple websites and brands.

Ultimate adds multiple agent profiles, multiple production instances, high-volume website support, and high-volume contact databases.

The pattern is scale and governance rather than capability. Most of what Qualified actually does is in Premier; the higher tiers buy you multi-brand support, compliance controls, and volume headroom.

Piper Is Included, Not an Add-On

Qualified's AI SDR, Piper, engages website visitors in conversation, qualifies them, and books meetings. It used to be sold as an optional add-on and is now included in all three core plans.

The reasoning is documented in a 2025 case study on Qualified's pricing design, and it is unusually candid: Qualified considered per-conversation and token-based pricing, and pricing tied to meetings booked, and rejected both on the grounds that they made costs unpredictable for buyers.

That is a defensible choice for an enterprise platform sold on annual contracts. It also means you cannot buy a small amount of Piper to test it - the AI SDR comes bundled into a contract that procurement data puts at $35,000 a year minimum.

The Costs That Sit Outside the Quote

  • Salesforce. Qualified is built tightly around Salesforce, and Salesforce sandbox support is an explicit Enterprise-tier feature. If Salesforce is not already your CRM, that dependency is a substantial additional cost and a substantial migration.
  • Website traffic. Qualified converts traffic you already have. With thin traffic there is nothing for it to qualify, and no tier fixes that.
  • Implementation and services. Third-party write-ups mention professional services engagements, though no reliable figures are published.
  • Seats. Third-party sources imply seat-based pricing, but Qualified does not confirm a billing unit publicly, so the shape of the quote is genuinely unknown until you receive one.

A note on numbers you will find elsewhere: several pages quote confident per-tier list prices for Premier and Enterprise. Those trace back to untraceable estimates rather than disclosed datasets, and we have not repeated them here. Vendr's contract data has a stated sample size and methodology; the tier-level figures do not.

Who Qualified Is For

If you have significant inbound website traffic, run Salesforce, and have budget approval for a five-figure annual platform, Qualified is a strong product doing a well-defined job: converting existing traffic into booked meetings, in real time, without a human on the first touch.

If any of those three is missing, the fit degrades quickly. It is not a tool for teams whose pipeline comes from outbound, and it is not a tool for teams testing whether conversational AI works for them at all - the contract shape does not allow a small test.

Qualified answers visitors who came to you. Parsley answers prospects on the channels where outbound actually happens - the AI presales agent sits behind a link a rep drops in a LinkedIn profile or a cold email, answers from the team's own sales docs, and captures first-party buyer intent from the conversation.

If your pipeline is inbound and you are on Salesforce, Qualified is the better fit and the price reflects an enterprise product. If your pipeline comes from outbound, a website chat tool has nobody to talk to, and per-conversation pricing lets you find out whether the motion works before committing a budget cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Qualified cost?

Qualified does not publish pricing. Vendr's February 2026 procurement data reports an average and median contract of $62,000 per year across 185 purchases, with a range of $35,460 to $117,190. Actual quotes depend on tier, traffic volume, and negotiation.

Does Qualified have a free trial?

No. Qualified's pricing page offers no free tier and no self-serve trial. Evaluation runs through a demo and a sales conversation.

Is Piper included in Qualified's pricing?

Yes. Piper, Qualified's AI SDR, is included in all three plans rather than sold as an add-on. Qualified deliberately avoided per-conversation and per-meeting pricing models because they made costs unpredictable.

What is the difference between Qualified Premier, Enterprise, and Ultimate?

Premier includes the core conversational product. Enterprise adds APIs, custom data-retention policies, third-party intent signals, Salesforce sandbox support, and multi-site support. Ultimate adds multiple agent profiles and production instances plus high-volume website and contact database support. The higher tiers buy scale and governance rather than new core capability.

Do you need Salesforce to use Qualified?

Qualified is built around Salesforce and lists Salesforce sandbox support as an Enterprise feature. Teams on other CRMs should treat the Salesforce dependency as a material part of the total cost.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Qualified?

For inbound website chat, several vendors compete below Qualified's price band. But if your pipeline comes from outbound rather than website traffic, the cheaper answer is usually a different category entirely - conversational AI that works on LinkedIn and email costs a fraction of an inbound platform and reaches prospects who never visit your site.

The Bottom Line

Qualified is an enterprise inbound platform priced like one: no public numbers, no free tier, no small entry point, and a Salesforce dependency underneath. Procurement data puts real contracts between roughly $35,000 and $117,000 a year, averaging $62,000, and buyers negotiate about 23% off the opening quote.

It is a good product for a specific team: high inbound traffic, Salesforce, and budget. The mismatch to watch for is buying an inbound conversion tool when the actual problem is that outbound prospects go quiet without ever visiting your website.
