Recommended for teams of 5+ users.
Yes. Every free account gets custom colours (4 colour pickers for primary, accent, background, and text), a choice of 16 Google Fonts, and 6 button styles. On the Business tier, you can also remove the 'Powered by Parsley' badge, upload your company logo and banner image, and set organisation-wide brand colours and fonts that apply to every team member's profile automatically.
Yes. Organisation admins on the Business tier can set default brand colours, fonts, button styles, logo, and banner image that apply across all team profiles. Individual members can still personalise their own content, but the visual identity stays consistent. This means new hires get a branded profile in minutes, not hours.

Parsley is free to start with core features. Business ($9/month annually or $12/month) adds the AI chatbot, advanced analytics, and unlimited lead capture. Teams pricing is available for organizations that need centralized management. No hidden fees, no per-conversation charges for the chatbot. Contact us for enterprise pricing.
Your free Business trial lasts 14 days with full access to every premium feature - the AI chatbot, advanced analytics, custom branding, CSV export, and more. When the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. You won't be charged anything. Your profile and contacts are preserved - you just lose access to Business-tier features until you upgrade. Each user gets one trial, so make the most of it.
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your Business subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier. Your profile and contacts are never deleted when you cancel.
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund - no questions asked. After 14 days, we don't offer partial refunds, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Sharing & Distribution

Parsley includes a free email signature generator. Enter your details, choose a layout, and copy the HTML into Gmail, Outlook, or any email client. Your Parsley profile link and QR code are embedded automatically so every email you send becomes a networking opportunity. Find it under Tools in the main menu.
Yes. Download your unique QR code as a high-resolution PNG from your dashboard and add it to printed cards, lanyards, event banners, or presentation slides. When someone scans it, they see your full profile and can save your contact instantly - no app required. Every scan is tracked in your analytics so you can measure event ROI.
No. Parsley profiles are web-based and open in any mobile or desktop browser. When a prospect scans your QR code or clicks your link, they see your full profile immediately - no app store, no sign-up, no friction. They can save your contact, chat with your AI assistant, and book meetings all from the browser.

Security & Privacy

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with enterprise-grade encryption, regular backups, and strict access controls. We use technical protections to prevent bots from harvesting your contact information. You maintain full control over your data and can export or delete it at any time.
No. Parsley profiles are protected from search engine indexing using technical measures (noindex meta tags). This prevents your contact information from appearing in Google search results. Your profile is only accessible to people you share it with, not the entire internet.
Yes. Parsley is fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud Platform. We provide a cookie consent banner, a clear privacy policy, and built-in tools for data portability (JSON export) and account deletion. In the event of a data breach, affected users are notified within 72 hours as required by regulation.
Yes. Under GDPR, any individual can request deletion of their personal data. Prospects who interacted with your profile via the chatbot or contact form can contact us and we will remove their data. Account holders can delete their entire account - including profile, contacts, and analytics - from the Danger Zone in account settings. Deleted usernames become available again after 30 days.
