What counts as a conversation?
One visitor talking to your AI assistant, start to finish, is one credit. Whether they ask one question or thirty, it counts as the same conversation. Each new visitor starts a new conversation.
Will my rate change?
Your rate is locked the day you buy. Every credit in your balance, and any lifetime allocation you've been granted, is honored at the rate you paid - even if our list price changes for new purchases. We'll email you in advance of any change.
What happens when I run out of credits?
If you have auto-recharge on (and you're under your monthly ceiling), we top you up automatically and email you a receipt. If you don't, your chatbot gracefully switches to a contact-directly CTA pointing visitors to your email or scheduling link. Visitors never see a paywall, and your profile keeps working. You get a heads-up email at 90% so it's rarely a surprise.
Do starter credits expire?
No. The 100 credits sit in your balance until you use them. No countdown, no use- it-or-lose-it pressure.
Is the profile really free forever?
Yes. Your digital business card and every content section is free with no time limit and no card required. The only thing you ever pay for is conversations once your starter credits are spent.
Can I get a refund on credits I bought?
Yes - within 7 days of purchase, on any unused credits. Email peter@parsley.id and we'll process the refund.
Do you offer team or volume pricing?
