Do I need services to use Parsley?

No. Parsley is self-serve by design - most reps sign up, upload their sales docs, and are live the same afternoon, starting with 25 free conversations. Services exist for teams that want a hand, not as a requirement.

How does pricing work?

There is no fixed menu. Every engagement is scoped on a short free call, and you get a clear scope and price in writing before any work starts. Small jobs are billed by the hour; larger ones as a fixed-price project.

Who actually does the work?

Peter, Parsley's founder. Nothing is outsourced. The person configuring your agent is the same person who built the product.

How is this different from the 24-Hour Intent Guarantee?
