We're not hiring yet, but when we do, these are the kinds of people we'll be looking for:
Someone who can ship features end-to-end (frontend + backend + database). TypeScript, React, Firebase experience a plus. Must love talking to users as much as writing code.
A designer who codes (or wants to). Someone who obsesses over details, understands user psychology, and can ship polished interfaces at YC speed. Figma + HTML/CSS skills required.
A creative hustler who can wear many hats: content marketing, SEO, partnerships, growth experiments. Bonus if you've scaled a B2B SaaS product from 0 to 1.
