Refund Policy

The short version

We refund unused conversations within 7 days of purchase. Email peter@parsley.id with your account email and we'll process it.

Pay-as-you-go conversation packs

Eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase on any unused portion. If you bought a 400-conversation pack and used 50, we refund the unused 350.

Lifetime tier purchases

Eligible for full refund within 7 days of the most recent purchase. Refunds processed on the most recent purchase, even when you have stacked multiple tiers on the same account. Unused conversations from the refunded tier are removed from your balance; conversations from earlier purchases stay.

For deals sold via a partner platform, the partner's own refund window may apply alongside ours - whichever is more generous to you wins.

What counts as "used"

One conversation is used when a visitor completes a full back-and-forth on your profile. We do not charge for failed or empty conversations.

How to request

Email peter@parsley.id with: your account email, the order/session ID from your receipt, and a short reason (optional but helps us improve). We aim to refund within 2 business days.
