We refund unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Email peter@parsley.id with your account email and we'll process it.
Eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase on any unused portion. If you bought a 400-credit pack and used 50, we refund the unused 350.
Eligible for full refund within 7 days of the most recent purchase. Refunds processed on the most recent purchase, even when you have stacked multiple tiers on the same account. Unused credits from the refunded tier are removed from your balance; credits from earlier purchases stay.
For deals sold via a partner platform, the partner's own refund window may apply alongside ours - whichever is more generous to you wins.
A credit is used when one full visitor conversation is completed on your profile. We do not charge for failed or empty conversations.
Email peter@parsley.id with: your account email, the order/session ID from your receipt, and a short reason (optional but helps us improve). We aim to refund within 2 business days.
