20 Best Pipedrive Integrations (2026)
The best Pipedrive integrations in 2026, with what each one writes at object level, who actually built it, and which Pipedrive plan tier gates it.
Why trust this list?
Peter Duffy has spent 20+ years in B2B sales and has used or evaluated most of the tools on this list first-hand. These recommendations are based on real experience - not sponsorships or affiliate deals.
Pipedrive publishes 500+ apps in its marketplace, so the question is never whether an integration exists. It is whether it does what you assume, and whether your plan lets it.
Two things decide that, and almost no roundup covers either. First, your Pipedrive tier gates more than you would expect - email sync is not on the entry plan, and the native DocuSign integration depends on a feature that is a paid add-on below Premium. Second, who built an app is not who you would guess: DocuSign, Zendesk and QuickBooks are built by Pipedrive, while the marketplace apps called "Stripe for Pipedrive" and "Xero" are built by neither Stripe, nor Xero, nor Pipedrive.
This guide covers 20 integrations with the object each one writes to, the direction data flows, who maintains it, and where it breaks.
Quick summary:
| If you need... | Best integration | Built by |
|---|---|---|
| Email and calendar on deals | Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 | Pipedrive |
| Calls logged with recordings | Aircall | Aircall |
| Proposals that move the deal stage | PandaDoc | PandaDoc |
| E-signature without another vendor | DocuSign | Pipedrive |
| Connecting Pipedrive to anything | Zapier or Make | vendor |
| Marketing engagement written back | Outfunnel | Outfunnel |
| Invoices raised from a deal | QuickBooks | Pipedrive |
What Your Pipedrive Plan Actually Gates
Pipedrive renamed its plans - Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise became Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Pipedrive's own help centre has not finished the rename, so several articles still reference the old names. If you read "Advanced and higher" in their docs, read it as Growth and higher.
Here is what actually matters for integrations:
| Capability | Lite | Growth | Premium | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| API access + webhooks | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Email sync | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Calendar and contact sync | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| API rate multiplier | 1x | 2x | 5x | 7x |
| Burst limit (per 2s) | 20 | 40 | 100 | 120 |
| Smart Docs | Paid add-on | Paid add-on | Included | Included |
Three consequences worth internalising:
There is no API paywall. API access and webhooks are on all four tiers, which contradicts the most repeated myth about Pipedrive. What scales by plan is the rate limit: your daily budget is 30,000 base tokens multiplied by your plan multiplier and your seat count, with burst limits per two-second window. Search API is capped at 10 requests per 2 seconds on every tier.
Email sync is the real gate. It starts on Growth. Any integration that depends on synced mail simply will not work on Lite.
Smart Docs quietly gates DocuSign, because Pipedrive built its DocuSign integration on top of Smart Docs. On Lite and Growth that is a paid add-on from £32.50/month.
Pipedrive's own list pricing (billed annually, per seat per month, exclusive of VAT): Lite £14, Growth £39, Premium £59, Ultimate £79. Monthly billing runs £24, £49, £79 and £99. Add-ons start at LeadBooster £32.50, Projects £16, Campaigns £13.33, Web Visitors £41, Smart Docs £32.50. Pipedrive's pricing page serves regional currency, so check your own before budgeting.
One more, easy to miss: Ultimate carries partner discounts - 20% off PandaDoc and CloudTalk subscriptions, and 15% off Surfe. If you are running any of those three, it changes the maths on upgrading.
Who Actually Built It
Most roundups assume each vendor built its own connector. The reality is messier and more useful, because a Pipedrive-built app is supported by Pipedrive and tends to survive longer.
Pipedrive builds: Google Workspace sync, Microsoft 365 sync, Slack (Dealbot), Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, DocuSign, Zendesk, QuickBooks, and the Mailchimp sync app.
The vendor builds: Aircall, CloudTalk, JustCall (via SaaS Labs), PandaDoc, GetAccept, Zapier, Surfe, Dealfront, Outfunnel, Intercom.
Somebody else entirely builds: the app called "Stripe for Pipedrive" is by Ulgebra Technologies. The listing titled "Xero" is by Cloudify ApS. "Pipedrive for Outlook" - the sidebar add-in, not the sync - is by Baymats AB. The Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign two-way sync apps are both by Outfunnel. And neither Pipedrive nor Calendly built a Calendly connector.
1. Google Workspace - Best for Email and Calendar Coverage
First-party, and not really one app. Email sync, calendar sync and contacts sync are account-level settings, with a separate Gmail add-on on top.
Key Features
- Email sync attaches mail to Deals, Leads, Projects, Persons and Organizations, matched on email address and manually re-linkable
- Calendar sync maps events to the Activity object, two-way by default, future events only. Each user syncs only their own activities
- Contacts sync creates Persons
- The Gmail add-on creates and edits a Person, creates a Deal, adds and completes an Activity, and adds a Note without leaving the inbox
Pros
- The highest-value connection for most teams, because it populates the CRM without data entry
- Covers five object types, more than any other integration here
Cons
- Email sync requires Growth or higher - it is not available on Lite
- Calendar sync is future-events-only, so history does not backfill
Pricing: free with Google Workspace.
2. Microsoft 365 and Outlook - Best for Microsoft Shops
Worth separating carefully, because two different things carry the name.
The native sync is first-party and supports Office 365, Outlook and Exchange EWS. POP3 is not supported. The "Pipedrive for Outlook" sidebar add-in is built by Baymats AB, not Pipedrive, and surfaces Contacts, Organizations, Deals, Activities and Notes inside Outlook.
Pros
- Native sync has parity with the Google path
- The sidebar keeps reps in their inbox
Cons
- Email sync requires Growth or higher, same as Google
- The sidebar add-in is third-party, and Baymats does not publish pricing
- No POP3
Pricing: sync is free with Microsoft 365. Add-in pricing not published.
3. Slack (Dealbot) - Best for Deal Notifications
First-party. Pipedrive to Slack only - there is no write-back.
Key Features
- Notifications when deals are added, won or closed, plus personal deal updates
- Search Deals, Persons and Organizations from inside Slack
- Two automation actions: send a channel message, send a direct message
Pros
- Free, and the automation actions let you fire messages conditionally
- Search from Slack saves a context switch
Cons
- One direction only - nothing you do in Slack reaches Pipedrive
- Notification scope is fixed rather than fully configurable
Pricing: free.
4. Microsoft Teams - Best for Teams-Based Meeting Scheduling
First-party, and two distinct functions people conflate.
Key Features
- Notifications via Pipedrive Automations covering Deals, Organizations, Persons and Activities, to a channel or DM, with
@Pipedriveand@Pipedrive unlinkbot commands. Pipedrive to Teams only - Meeting scheduling from the Activity view, where the activity's location and description auto-populate with the meeting link
Pros
- Automations-driven notifications mean full conditional control
- Scheduling writes the link into the activity itself
Cons
- Requires active calendar sync - this is the hidden dependency
- Pipedrive's KB lists this as Advanced and higher, meaning Growth+ under the current names
Pricing: free.
5. Zoom Meetings - Best for Zoom-Based Calls
First-party. Generates a unique meeting link on an Activity, sets the activity location field to the Zoom link, and puts the password in activity notes if enabled. Join buttons appear on the Activity and on the linked Deal and Person.
Pros
- Link lands on the record, so nobody hunts for it
- Join controls surface on related objects
Cons
- Requires active calendar sync
- No recording or transcript write-back is documented
Pricing: free.
6. Google Meet - Best for Google-Native Teams
First-party. "Make it a Google Meet meeting" on an Activity generates a link, auto-populates the description and sets the location. Join controls appear on the linked Person, Deal and Organization. Also works through Pipedrive's Scheduler.
Pros
- Scheduler support, which the Zoom app does not document
- Same clean location and description handling
Cons
- Requires active calendar sync
- Nothing comes back from the meeting itself
Pricing: free with Google Workspace.
Know what a prospect wants before the first call
Parsley answers prospects' questions from your own sales docs and captures the buying signals - so reps open a deal already knowing what matters.
Get started free7. Aircall - Best-Documented Calling Integration
Vendor-built, and the most thoroughly documented of the three calling apps.
Key Features
- Logs inbound, outbound, answered and missed calls plus voicemails as Activities, with a configurable activity type per call type
- The activity carries the recording or voicemail link
- Aircall AI writes call transcriptions and insights into the Activity Note
- Auto-creates a Pipedrive Person when an unmatched number calls
- Creates seven named custom fields across Person, Deal, Lead and Organization, including
Aircall Tags,Org Phone Number Aircall,Aircall Last Call DateandAircall Last Call Time
Pros
- Transcripts land on the record rather than in a separate panel
- Auto-creating a Person means unknown inbound callers are never lost
Cons
- Needs admin in both systems and seven free custom-field slots
- 3-seat minimum
Pricing: Aircall does not currently render figures on its own pricing page, so treat any number you see quoted elsewhere with caution. Verified: 3-licence minimum and a 7-day trial.
8. JustCall - Best for AI Call Scoring
Vendor-built by SaaS Labs.
Key Features
- Calls log as Activities under a user-configured activity type, with disposition codes mapping to activity types
- Writes transcript link, sentiment, call score, topics, interactivity, action items and AI summary into a JustCall panel on the contact profile
- Contact sync is Pipedrive to JustCall, one way
Pros
- The richest AI payload of the three - call scoring and sentiment are not standard
- Disposition-to-activity-type mapping is genuinely useful for reporting
Cons
- The AI payload lands in a JustCall panel rather than on the Activity, so it is less visible in Pipedrive's own views
- Contact sync only runs one direction
Pricing: Team $29, Pro $49, Pro Plus $89 per user/month billed annually. CRM integrations start on Team.
9. CloudTalk - Best for Transcript Detail
Vendor-built.
Key Features
- On call end, logs time, date, duration, tags, notes and a recording link
- With Conversation Intelligence: summary, detected action items and a speaker-separated transcript
- Auto-logs to Deals
- Every phone number in Pipedrive becomes clickable, opening a prefilled CTI panel
- Dialer queues can be built from Pipedrive Activity Lists
Pros
- Speaker-separated transcripts are the best-in-class detail here
- Building dialer queues from Activity Lists is a real workflow win
Cons
- Requires marking the call "Done" for logging to fire
- Sources disagree on the minimum plan - Pipedrive's KB says CloudTalk Essential or Expert, CloudTalk's own pricing says Starter and up. Check before buying
Pricing: Lite €19, Starter €25, Essential €29, Expert €49 per user/month billed annually. Ultimate-plan Pipedrive users get 20% off.
10. PandaDoc - Best for Proposals That Drive the Pipeline
Vendor-built, and the deepest write-back in the entire ecosystem.
Key Features
- Works from Organization, People and Deal objects
- Pipedrive to PandaDoc: field variables plus deal product line items into pricing tables and the quote builder, including custom product fields
- PandaDoc to Pipedrive: updates variable and field values, line items and statuses, and attaches the signed PDF to the deal's Files section on completion
- Configurable deal-stage automation - change the Pipedrive stage when document status changes, plus automatic Won or Lost on complete or decline
Pros
- The only integration here that can move a deal to an arbitrary configured stage on signature
- Line items flow both ways, so quotes and deals stay consistent
Cons
- CRM integrations start on the Business plan, well above the entry tier
- Setup is more involved than the simpler e-signature options
Pricing: Free $0, Starter $19/month, Business $49/seat/month, Enterprise on request. Ultimate-plan Pipedrive users get 20% off.
11. DocuSign - Best E-Signature If You Are Already on Premium
Built by Pipedrive, which surprises people. A corroborating signal: DocuSign's own pricing page lists CRM integrations for Salesforce, Dynamics and NetSuite but not Pipedrive, because Pipedrive built this one.
Key Features
- Envelopes created from a Smart Docs document or an uploaded PDF, from the deal or contact detail view, auto-filled with Pipedrive data
- Envelope status shows in the deal view with an "X/X completed" indicator
- Signed documents are downloaded from DocuSign and stored in Pipedrive
Pros
- First-party, so it is supported by Pipedrive directly
- Auto-fill from Pipedrive data removes the manual step
Cons
- Built on Smart Docs, which is included only on Premium and Ultimate - a paid add-on from £32.50/month below that
- One active signature process per Smart Docs document
- No deal-stage movement is documented. If you need signature to advance the pipeline, PandaDoc is the one that does it
Pricing: your DocuSign plan, plus Smart Docs if you are on Lite or Growth.
A third-party alternative exists - "DocuSign on Pipedrive" by easyCRM - which markets itself as working on any Pipedrive plan with no Smart Docs requirement.
12. GetAccept - Best for Deals That Close on Signature
Vendor-built.
Key Features
- Works from Deal, Organization and Person
- Auto-fetches Pipedrive product line items into quotes
- Signed contracts return to the Pipedrive object they were sent from
- Marks deals won on signature
Pros
- Line-item fetching matches PandaDoc's strength
- Auto-won on signature is a clean close
Cons
- Delivered as a Chrome extension, not a purely server-side app - confirmed on both the listing and GetAccept's own help centre
- Does not support Google Docs or Word documents
- The Pipedrive integration is an add-on on Professional and Enterprise, and is not available on the eSign tier
Pricing: eSign $25/user/month, Professional $49/user/month with a 5-user minimum billed annually, Enterprise on request.
13. Zapier - Best for Breadth
Vendor-built, and Pipedrive's surface in Zapier is unusually complete.
Key Features
- Triggers: New and Updated Deal, Updated Deal Stage, New/Updated/Deleted Person, New and Updated Organization, New Activity, New and Updated Lead, New Note, New Comments in Notes, New Project, plus "Matching Filter" variants
- Actions: Create and Update for Deal, Person, Organization, Activity, Lead, Note, Product, Project and Task, plus Add Product to Deal, Add Discount to Deal, Add and Remove Deal Labels, Add Follower, Attach File
- 20+ search and find-or-create operations, with custom fields addressable on create and update
Pros
- The widest trigger and action coverage of any automation route
- Deleted-record and note-comment triggers that narrower tools skip
Cons
- Task-based pricing gets expensive at volume
- No schema-level field management
Pricing: Free 100 tasks/month; Professional from $19.99/month billed annually; Team from $69/month.
14. Make - Best for Complex Scenarios and Field Management
The connector lives on Make's side rather than in Pipedrive's marketplace, authenticated by OAuth, optionally using your own registered Pipedrive app.
Key Features
- Modules for Deals, Leads and Lead Labels, Organizations, Persons, Activities, Products, Notes and Files
- Deal-field CRUD at schema level - creating and modifying custom fields themselves, which Zapier cannot do
- "Make an API call" for anything not covered, plus filters, pipelines and stages
Pros
- Schema-level field management is genuinely unique here
- Cheaper than Zapier at volume, and better at branching logic
Cons
- Steeper learning curve
- Not in Pipedrive's marketplace, so discovery and support run through Make
Pricing: Free 1,000 credits; Core $9/month; Pro $16/month; Teams $29/month.
15. Outfunnel - Best for Marketing Engagement in the CRM
Vendor-built, and structurally more important than its size suggests: Outfunnel also operates the Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign two-way sync listings in Pipedrive's marketplace.
Key Features
- Two-way Person and Organization sync matched on email, with custom fields in both directions
- Writes engagement back as named activity types: Newsletter Sent, Opened, Clicked, Bounce, Unsubscribe, Reply, plus Contact Created, Form Submitted and Visited Website - each linked to a contact, organization and the oldest open deal
- Writes a Person "Lead score" field in real time
Pros
- Nine named activity types make marketing engagement visible in Pipedrive's own timeline
- Real-time lead score on the Person record
Cons
- Writes to Person and Organization only - deal-field updates need Pipedrive's own automations
- Email is the fixed matching key and cannot be changed
- The Notes alternative caps at 100 per object
Pricing: Basic from $29/month for 100 contacts up to $99 for 3,000; Professional $99 to $249; Scale from $299/month.
16. Surfe - Best for LinkedIn Prospecting
Vendor-built. A Chrome extension over LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
Key Features
- Creates a Person from a LinkedIn profile in one click with name, position and company, plus enriched verified emails and phone numbers
- Creates the Organization alongside it
- Creates and manages Deals from inside LinkedIn, with progress displayed
- Syncs LinkedIn chat into Pipedrive and exports Sales Navigator lead lists
Pros
- Removes the copy-paste that makes LinkedIn prospecting slow
- 15% discount for Ultimate-plan Pipedrive users
Cons
- Browser extension, so it depends on Chrome
- Enrichment quality varies by region and seniority
Pricing: Free $0; Essential $39/user/month; Pro $79/user/month.
17. Dealfront (Leadfeeder) - Best for Website Visitor Identification
Vendor-built. Note the marketplace slug reads dealfront while the listing title still says Leadfeeder.
Key Features
- Writes an Organization with custom fields "View in Web Visitors" and "Latest visit"
- Writes a Lead with title, owner, organization and contact
- Writes a Deal with owner, name and pipeline stage, plus two more custom fields
- Writes an Activity and a Note carrying visit information
Pros
- Four object types written, more than most single-purpose tools
- Honest about its own limits - their docs state the note carries general keywords, not actual search terms
Cons
- Syncs from the CRM once a day, so it is not real-time
- An Organization record is mandatory; identified companies cannot attach to contacts alone
- Pipedrive's own Web Visitors add-on is powered by this same vendor, so you may be able to buy the data once rather than twice
Pricing: Lite free for the last 100 companies/month; Discover from €79/month billed annually; Activate from €369; Scale from €599.
18. QuickBooks - Best for Invoicing From a Deal
Built by Pipedrive, not Intuit, despite the listing linking to Intuit's site. Free.
Key Features
- An Invoice button on the Deal detail view auto-populates contact name, address, email, customer tax ID, due date, currency and linked products from the Deal
- Configurable default tax rate and income account
- Payment status writes back to Pipedrive as Open, Paid, Voided, Overdue or Partially paid
- Imports existing QuickBooks invoices, downloads PDFs, and emails or voids from inside Pipedrive
Pros
- Raising an invoice from the deal with line items intact is the cleanest accounting flow here
- Free, and first-party
Cons
- QuickBooks Online only - no Desktop support
- No product sync - Pipedrive product changes do not reach QuickBooks or vice versa
- Currency must match the customer's QuickBooks profile, and the contact must be linked first
- Not available in France
19. Zendesk - Best for Ticket Visibility on Deals
Built by Pipedrive. Requires installing both halves - the Zendesk app from Pipedrive's marketplace and the Pipedrive app from Zendesk's.
Key Features
- Conversations visible under Deals, People and Organizations
- "Create in Zendesk" button from the Pipedrive detail view
- "New Pipedrive deal from Zendesk" from a ticket, auto-creating a contact if none matches
Pros
- Genuinely bidirectional, and free with no tier gate
- Fast to set up once both halves are installed
Cons
- Matches on email address only
- Writes no Activities and no Notes - it is a cross-linking layer, not a field sync
- Displays a maximum of 20 tickets
Pricing: free.
20. Intercom - Best for Support-to-Sales Handoff
Vendor-built. Narrow scope - this is a lead-handoff app, not a ticket sync.
Key Features
- Creates a Deal from the Intercom Inbox, creating a Person if the lead does not exist
- Conversations and replies sync to Pipedrive as activities marked Done on the Deal or Person timeline
- Pipedrive deal details render read-only inside Intercom
Pros
- Turns a support conversation into a deal without leaving Intercom
- Activity sync keeps the conversation trail in the CRM
Cons
- The deal always lands in the first stage of your pipeline - not configurable
- Only syncs from the point of deal creation onward. Prior conversation history does not backfill
Pricing: Intercom Essential $29, Advanced $85, Expert $132/seat/month. Fin AI Agent from $0.99 per resolution.

Where Parsley Fits, and Why It Is Not in the Ranking
Full disclosure: Parsley is our product, and it is not in the twenty above because our Pipedrive integration is not generally available yet. The Pipedrive Marketplace app is in review. Ranking ourselves in a list of working integrations while that is true would be dishonest, and you would find out within a click.
What Parsley does is a job nothing above covers. Every integration on this list moves data you already have - mail, calls, documents, invoices, tickets. None of them tell you what a prospect wanted before anyone spoke to them.
You put a Parsley link on your LinkedIn profile, in InMails and in your email signature. Prospects who click it have a real conversation with an AI presales agent trained on your own sales documents. That conversation reveals buying intent - what they asked about, how deeply they engaged, which MEDDIC signals fired - and Parsley captures it as first-party data.
Today that syncs natively to Attio, HubSpot, Salesflare and several other CRMs. For Pipedrive we run it as a managed setup while the Marketplace app completes review: we configure the sync with you and verify a test lead end to end, usually within a few days. If that is useful, the Pipedrive integration page has the detail.
When the Marketplace app ships, this section becomes an entry in the list above.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many integrations does Pipedrive have?
Pipedrive states 500+ apps across its marketplace on its own pricing and features pages. It does not publish an exact figure.
Does Pipedrive API access require a paid plan?
No. API access and webhooks are available on all four tiers, including Lite. What changes by plan is the rate limit: your daily token budget is 30,000 base tokens multiplied by a plan multiplier - 1x on Lite, 2x on Growth, 5x on Premium, 7x on Ultimate - and by seat count. Burst limits run from 20 requests per 2 seconds on Lite up to 120 on Ultimate. The Search API is capped at 10 per 2 seconds on every tier.
Which Pipedrive plan do I need for email sync?
Growth or higher. Email sync is not available on Lite, which matters for any integration depending on synced mail. Calendar sync and contacts sync are available on all tiers.
Which Pipedrive integrations are built by Pipedrive itself?
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 sync, Slack (Dealbot), Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, DocuSign, Zendesk, QuickBooks and the Mailchimp sync app. Notably, the marketplace apps titled "Stripe for Pipedrive" and "Xero" are built by third-party developers - Ulgebra Technologies and Cloudify ApS respectively - and the Outlook sidebar add-in is by Baymats AB.
Can a signed document move a Pipedrive deal to the next stage?
With PandaDoc, yes - it supports configurable deal-stage automation on document status change, plus automatic Won or Lost. GetAccept marks deals won on signature. Pipedrive's own DocuSign integration does not document any stage movement, so do not plan around it.
Which integrations need calendar sync turned on?
Microsoft Teams meeting scheduling, Zoom and Google Meet all require active calendar sync. This is the most common reason those integrations appear broken - the app is installed but calendar sync is not enabled.
Choosing Your Stack
Start with the plan check, because it decides what is even possible. If you are on Lite and any part of your workflow depends on email, budget for Growth before you budget for apps.
From there the order is straightforward. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 first, since it populates deals with history nobody has to enter. Add a calling app if your team dials - Aircall for the best-documented logging, CloudTalk for speaker-separated transcripts, JustCall for AI call scoring. Add PandaDoc if you want signature to drive pipeline stages, or DocuSign if you are already on Premium and have Smart Docs. Use Zapier for breadth or Make if you need schema-level field control. Add Outfunnel if marketing engagement needs to be visible in the CRM.
The gap none of them fills is knowing what a prospect actually wanted before the first call. That is buyer intent, and it is the difference between a rep opening a deal cold and opening it already knowing which questions matter. See how it works, or start free with 10 conversations.
