15 Best Attio Integrations (2026)

The best Attio integrations in 2026, with verified pricing, who actually built each one, and the concrete mechanics - which object each writes to and which direction data flows.

Why trust this list?

Peter Duffy has spent 20+ years in B2B sales and has used or evaluated most of the tools on this list first-hand. These recommendations are based on real experience - not sponsorships or affiliate deals.

Attio has roughly 205 apps in its app store, 16 of which Attio builds and maintains itself. If you have read elsewhere that Attio keeps a deliberately small native ecosystem, that was true once and is not true now.

The more useful question is not how many integrations exist but what shape each one is. Attio's own apps skew heavily toward workflow trigger blocks and agent tools rather than background record sync - Typeform is a trigger, Notion and Google Sheets are push-only actions, and the Apollo app Attio builds is read-only. The heavy two-way syncing is mostly done by vendor-built apps and by Attio's REST API. Knowing which is which saves you installing something that does not do what you assumed.

This guide covers 15 integrations with what each one actually writes, which object it writes to, who built it, and verified pricing where the vendor publishes it.

Native, Vendor-Built, or Zapier: The Distinction That Matters

Attio's app store shows a "Built by" field on every app page, and it is worth reading before you install anything.

Attio-built (16 apps). Attio names these itself: Aircall, Airtable, lemlist, Linear, Mailchimp, Mixmax, Notion, Outreach, PandaDoc, Productboard, RingCentral, Segment, Slack, Stripe, Typeform, Zapier. These are maintained by Attio and break less often.

Vendor-built. The tool's own company builds and maintains it - Clay and Fireflies are the notable examples. These are often deeper than the first-party apps because the vendor has more incentive to make their own product work well.

Third-party built. A separate developer maintains it. Attio's Calendly app, for instance, is built by Neon Deer Data Labs rather than by Attio or Calendly.

One trap worth flagging: the app store shows an "Official app" badge that is separate from the "Built by" field. Clay and Harmonic carry the badge but are vendor-built. The badge means Attio has reviewed it, not that Attio wrote it.

1. Gmail - Best for Email and Calendar History

One OAuth grant syncs both mail and calendar. There is no separate Google Calendar app in Attio's store, which surprises people who go looking for one.

Key Features

  • Auto-creates People and Company records for everyone you have ever emailed
  • Attaches an email to a Person when a participant address matches, or to a Company when the participant's email domain matches the company domain. Deals inherit through their linked company
  • Each non-private calendar event becomes a meeting object
  • Syncs your full retained history, with no lookback window
  • Three sharing levels - metadata only, subject lines plus metadata (the default), or full access - and changing the level applies retroactively
  • Internal email auto-hides when a participant matches a workspace member

Pros

  • The single highest-value integration for most teams, because it populates the CRM without anyone doing data entry
  • Retroactive privacy control is unusually thoughtful

Cons

  • Connected accounts are capped by plan: 1 on Free and Plus, 2 on Pro, 3 or more on Enterprise
  • Per-user opt-in, so a team gets patchy coverage until everyone connects

Pricing: free with a Google account.

2. Microsoft Outlook - Best for Microsoft 365 Teams

The same engine and the same mechanics as the Gmail app, including bundled calendar sync and the same three-level sharing control.

Pros

  • Feature parity with Gmail, so Microsoft shops are not second-class here
  • Same retroactive privacy model

Cons

  • Same per-plan account caps
  • Same per-user opt-in gap

Pricing: bundled with Microsoft 365.

3. Slack - Best for Alerts on Record Changes

Available on all Attio plans, including Free. It does three genuinely different things that most write-ups blur together.

Key Features

  • Record and list notifications fire automatically when a record is added to a list, an attribute changes, or a record is created. The message carries the record name and link, the changed values, and who changed them
  • Workflow Slack action blocks send a customized message only when your workflow criteria are met. This is the one to use for conditional alerts like a deal reaching a specific stage
  • Ask Attio lets you @Attio in a channel and get answers about workspace data. It requires your Attio and Slack email addresses to match

Pros

  • On every plan, including Free
  • The workflow blocks give you conditional control the basic notifications lack

Cons

  • One Slack workspace per Attio workspace
  • The basic notifications have no filtering, so a busy list can get noisy
  • The bot cannot read existing messages, so there is no capturing context out of channels

Pricing: Slack has a free tier; paid plans per Slack's published pricing.

4. Attio MCP Server - Best for Driving Attio From Claude or ChatGPT

Launched 19 February 2026 and hosted by Attio at mcp.attio.com/mcp. This is the integration most competing articles have not caught up with, and it changes what "integration" means.

Key Features

  • Roughly 35 tools across 9 groups: records and objects, lists, comments, notes, tasks, meetings and calls (including transcript retrieval), emails, workspace, and reporting/SQL
  • OAuth login with no API keys
  • Reads auto-approve; writes prompt you for confirmation
  • Works with Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible client

Pros

  • First-party and hosted, so there is nothing to run yourself
  • Write confirmation is the right default for a CRM
  • Transcript retrieval means an assistant can reason over call content, not just record fields

Cons

  • The SQL tool is not available on every billing plan
  • Answer quality depends on how clean your workspace data already is

Pricing: included with Attio. Attio's own plans are Free $0 for up to 3 seats, Plus $44/user/month ($35 billed annually), Pro $99/user/month ($79 billed annually), and Enterprise on request.

5. Zapier - Best for Connecting Attio to Everything Else

Two-way, with the broadest trigger and action coverage of any automation option.

Key Features

  • Triggers: List Entry Created, List Entry Deleted, List Entry Updated, Record Created, Record Deleted, Record Updated, Task Created
  • Actions: Create or Update Record, Create or Update List Entry by Parent Record, Create List Entry, Create Note, Create Record, Create Task, Create Storage Location, Update Record, Update List Entry, Update Task, Delete List Entry
  • Searches: Find Records, Find List Entries

Pros

  • The widest surface area of any Attio automation route
  • Covers the deletion and task triggers that narrower tools skip

Cons

  • Task-based pricing gets expensive at volume
  • A Zap is another system to debug when something silently stops firing

Pricing: free tier with 100 tasks/month; Professional from $19.99/month billed annually ($29.99 monthly).

6. Clay - Best for Enrichment You Control

Built by Clay, carries Attio's Official app badge, and is genuinely bidirectional - confirmed on both sides, which is rarer than it sounds.

Key Features

  • Pull into Clay via Actions - Import - Attio, bringing in records or entire Attio lists
  • Push back via Add Enrichment - Attio, using Create Record, Upsert Record, Update Record, or Lookup Records
  • Works against any object type, including deals and custom objects
  • OAuth, and only Attio workspace admins can authorize it

Pros

  • Any-object support means it is not limited to People and Companies
  • Full control over exactly which fields get written

Cons

  • The trigger lives in Clay's tables, not on Attio record creation, so it is not reactive to CRM events
  • Hands-off CRM sync is a Growth-tier feature, not available on Launch

Pricing: Free tier with 6,000 actions and 1,200 credits per year; Launch $167/month; Growth $446/month; Enterprise on request.

7. Fireflies.ai - Best for Meeting Transcripts on Records

Built by Fireflies. Filed under Calling in Attio's store, which is where all the AI notetakers live - Attio has no separate meeting-notes category.

Key Features

  • Matches calendar participants to Attio by email, then writes meeting title, full transcript, shorthand bullets, summary, keywords, and action items to the matched Person record
  • Creates the Person record if none exists
  • A "Map Notes to Companies" toggle also writes to the associated Company
  • A "Create Tasks from Action Items" toggle creates real Attio tasks

Pros

  • Creating missing People records means nothing falls through
  • Action items becoming Attio tasks closes the loop into actual work

Cons

  • Integration Rules, which filter which meetings sync, require Business tier or higher
  • Everything lands on the Person, so multi-stakeholder calls need the company toggle to be useful

Pricing: free tier at $0; Pro $10/seat/month billed annually ($18 monthly); Business $19; Enterprise $39.

8. Aircall - Best for Click-to-Dial With Call Logging

Built by Attio.

Key Features

  • Click-to-dial from a record pre-fills the number in the Aircall desktop app
  • After a call completes, Attio writes a note on the Person record within a few minutes, carrying the caller name in the title, the call date and time, duration, and any notes typed in Aircall

Pros

  • Actually logs back to Attio, which several calling integrations do not
  • Notes arrive fast enough to be useful the same day

Cons

  • Desktop only - mobile is unsupported because the API requires dialing inside Aircall
  • No free tier, and there is a 3-licence minimum

Pricing: Essentials $30/licence/month billed annually, 3-licence minimum; Professional $50.

Worth knowing: Attio also builds a RingCentral app, but it is dial-out only and writes nothing back to Attio. If call logging is what you are after, Aircall is the one that does it.

9. Linear - Best for Product Feedback From Sales Calls

Built by Attio. Logs customer requests into Linear from Company, Person, and Deal records.

Key Features

  • Three manual triggers, one of which is genuinely distinctive: highlight text inside a call recording transcript, summary, or insight and send it straight to Linear
  • Attach to an existing Linear issue or project, or create a new issue from the dialog
  • A Linear widget on Company records shows how many customer requests are linked and deep-links into Linear
  • Workflow blocks automate issue management

Pros

  • Highlighting from a transcript is the cleanest sales-to-product path in the ecosystem
  • The company widget makes feedback volume visible where account discussions happen

Cons

  • Triggers are manual, so nothing gets logged unless someone does it
  • Requires both teams to actually live in these tools

Pricing: free tier with 2 teams and 250 issues; Basic from $10/user/month billed yearly.

10. PandaDoc - Best for Proposals and E-Signature

Built by Attio, and the e-signature app Attio actually maintains. Despite what some roundups claim, there is no DocuSign app in Attio's store.

Key Features

  • Works from Person and Deal records only - Attio states plainly that the option is not available for companies
  • Opens an embedded PandaDoc editor inside Attio
  • Attio attributes auto-map to PandaDoc template fields
  • Status flows back as a widget on the record: Draft, Suggest edits, Waiting for payment, Completed, Sent, Declined

Pros

  • Attribute auto-mapping removes the copy-paste that makes proposal tools tedious
  • Status visible on the record without leaving Attio

Cons

  • No company-level documents
  • CRM integrations sit on the Business plan, well above the entry tier

Pricing: free tier with 60 documents/year; Starter $19/seat/month; Business $49/seat/month billed annually for CRM integrations.

11. Hightouch - Best for Pushing Warehouse Data Into Attio

Reverse ETL, warehouse to Attio only.

Key Features

  • 25+ sources including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift
  • Supported objects: Companies, People, Users, Workspaces, Deals, and custom objects
  • Upsert-only, keyed on domains for companies and email_addresses for people

Pros

  • The cleanest route for teams whose source of truth is a warehouse
  • Custom object support means it is not limited to the standard schema

Cons

  • One direction only - nothing flows back out of Attio
  • Upsert-only, so it cannot delete

Pricing: free "Basic Reverse ETL" tier with 2 active syncs, unlimited destinations, and unlimited seats. Paid tiers are usage-based and sales-led, with no published price.

On who built it: Attio's app store lists Hightouch as an official app, while Attio's help pages describe Hightouch as the builder, and the connector is configured and run inside Hightouch's own product. Treat it as listed by Attio, operated in Hightouch.

12. Segment - Best for Product Analytics Into the CRM

Built by Attio. One-way, Segment to Attio. It is a Segment Actions destination, not a warehouse sync.

Key Features

  • Accepts Page, Alias, Group, Identify, and Track calls, with batching
  • Identify User creates or updates a Person by email, then the linked User
  • Group Workspace creates or updates a Workspace record and links its users
  • Assert Record creates or updates any activated object, configured with an Attio object and a matching-attribute slug

Pros

  • Assert Record makes it work against custom objects, not just the defaults
  • Open source - the connector code is published on GitHub

Cons

  • One direction only
  • Needs an existing Segment implementation to be worth anything

Pricing: Segment does not publish pricing for its CDP tier.

13. Typeform - Best for Form Responses Into Workflows

Built by Attio, and narrower than most write-ups suggest: it creates no records by itself.

Key Features

  • Exposes a "Typeform Form Submitted" workflow trigger block
  • Submission values become workflow variables, and you build the create or update steps downstream

Pros

  • Full control over what happens to a submission
  • Fits naturally into multi-step workflows

Cons

  • No out-of-the-box record creation, so expect to build the workflow
  • Matrix and Calendly question types are unsupported - a form containing one will not fire the trigger at all
  • Website answers are trimmed to the domain

Pricing: free tier; Basic $29/month ($25/month billed yearly).

Alternative: if you want form submissions to create records without building a workflow, Fillout (built by Fillout) creates or updates People, Companies, Deals, and custom objects directly on submission. Free forever up to 1,000 responses/month; Starter $15/month.

14. Apollo Enrichment - Best for Contact and Company Enrichment

There are two Apollo apps in Attio's store and they do completely different things. This catches people out.

  • "Apollo" is built by Attio and is read-only. It exposes Apollo as MCP tools inside Custom Agent workflow blocks. Attio states plainly that every tool is read-only and the agent cannot edit, send, or delete anything. It writes nothing to your records.
  • "Apollo Enrichment" is the one that enriches, and it is built by Neon Deer Data Labs, a third party, with no Official app badge.

Key Features (Apollo Enrichment)

  • Send an email, LinkedIn URL, or domain and get data written back
  • People: job title, seniority, department, employment history, current organization name and website
  • Companies: employee count, founded year, annual revenue, total funding, tech stack, HQ location
  • Values land in fields prefixed "Apollo," with an "Apollo fields only" mode so standard fields are never overwritten
  • Trigger on record creation, on a specified field change, or manually. Bulk up to 250 records

Pros

  • The "Apollo fields only" mode is the right default for protecting your own data
  • Flexible triggering, including bulk

Cons

  • Third-party built with no official badge, so support is a question
  • The app page discloses it is free and funded by affiliate commissions, which is worth knowing

Pricing: Apollo's own plans, billed annually: Free $0; Basic $49/seat/month; Professional $79/seat/month; Organization $119/seat/month with a 3-seat minimum.

15. Parsley - Best for Buyer Intent From Outbound Conversations

Listed in Attio's app store under Data and enrichment. Disclosure: this is our product, so weigh the entry accordingly - it sits at 15 because it does a narrow job, not a universal one.

Every other integration on this list moves data you already have. Parsley creates data you do not: what a prospect asked before anyone spoke to them.

What Sets It Apart

You put a Parsley link on your LinkedIn profile, in InMails, and in your email signature. Prospects who click it have a real conversation with an AI presales agent trained on your own sales documents. Everything that conversation reveals lands in Attio.

Key Features

  • Creates or updates a People record, matched by email so it does not duplicate
  • Buyer intent as Hot, Warm, or Cold on a custom attribute, so a Saved View filtered to Hot is a working call list
  • MEDDIC signals detected passively, with the quote behind each one - the agent never interrogates the prospect
  • Each conversation syncs as a Note with a full summary and engagement detail
  • Knowledge gaps - the questions your documents could not answer - are tracked separately
  • OAuth 2.0, and Parsley provisions the custom attributes on your People object automatically

Pros

  • Captures intent from prospects who never fill in a form
  • CRM sync is included on every account with no add-on or upgrade

Cons

  • Only useful if outbound is a real channel for you - it does nothing for pure inbound
  • The agent is only as good as the sales documents you upload

Pricing: 10 free conversations at signup, then 25ยข per conversation with no subscription. See pricing for top-up packs, or the Attio integration page for setup detail.

Where the Ecosystem Is Thin

Worth knowing before you plan around it. These gaps are real as of August 2026:

  • Storage: 3 apps. Box, Google Drive, OneDrive. That is the whole category
  • Customer support: 6-7 apps. No Zendesk, no Front, no Help Scout
  • Email sequencing: around 7 apps. Thin for a CRM sold to outbound teams
  • No marketing automation category at all. No Marketo, no Pardot, no HubSpot Marketing
  • No app pages for DocuSign, Clearbit, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Calendar

Make, Pylon, and Fivetran are real Attio integrations that live outside the app store - Make on Make's side, Pylon and Fivetran documented in Attio's help center.

One correction worth making, because it is repeated widely: Clearbit is no longer a product you can buy. HubSpot acquired it in December 2023 and sunset it through 2025, with the free tools and Clearbit Connect shutting down on 30 April 2025. The capability now lives inside HubSpot as Breeze Intelligence. Any 2026 roundup still recommending Clearbit as an Attio integration has not been checked.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many integrations does Attio have?

Roughly 205 apps in the app store as of August 2026, across 11 categories: analytics, automations, billing, calling, communication, customer support, data and enrichment, email sequencing, forms and surveys, product management, and storage. Attio builds and maintains 16 of them itself.

What apps does Attio integrate with natively?

The 16 Attio builds itself are Aircall, Airtable, lemlist, Linear, Mailchimp, Mixmax, Notion, Outreach, PandaDoc, Productboard, RingCentral, Segment, Slack, Stripe, Typeform, and Zapier. Everything else is built by the vendor or a third-party developer, shown in the "Built by" field on each app page.

Does Attio have an API and an MCP server?

Yes to both. The REST API supports reads and writes with webhooks for realtime events, authenticated by API key or OAuth. The hosted MCP server launched in February 2026 at mcp.attio.com/mcp, with around 35 tools, OAuth login, auto-approved reads, and confirmation prompts on writes. Attio also offers an App SDK for building apps embedded inside Attio, and direct SQL access to workspace data.

Which Attio integrations are gated by plan?

Call recording for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet requires Pro or Enterprise. Connected email accounts are capped by plan - 1 on Free and Plus, 2 on Pro, 3 or more on Enterprise. The MCP server's SQL tool is not available on every billing plan. Slack, notably, works on all plans including Free.

What is the difference between a native and a third-party Attio integration?

A native integration is built and maintained by Attio, which means it is supported directly and tends to break less often. Vendor-built apps are maintained by the tool's own company and are often deeper, since the vendor has a stake in it working. Third-party apps are maintained by an independent developer. Be aware that Attio's "Official app" badge is separate from the "Built by" field - an app can carry the badge and still be vendor-built.

Choosing Your Stack

For most teams the order is simple. Connect Gmail or Outlook first, because it populates the CRM with history nobody has to enter. Add Slack next, since it is free on every plan and puts record changes where people already work. Then fill the specific gaps: Clay or Apollo Enrichment for enrichment, Fireflies for meeting transcripts, Aircall if you need calls logged, Hightouch if your source of truth is a warehouse.

If outbound is a real channel for you, the gap none of the above fills is knowing what a prospect wanted before the first call. That is the job Parsley does - it captures buyer intent from conversations prospects choose to have, and syncs it to Attio as People records with lead quality, MEDDIC evidence, and a full conversation summary.
