Freshsales Integration
Sync Parsley chatbot leads to Freshsales CRM with tags, custom fields, and conversation notes. Available as a proof of concept - apply to get set up.
Parsley's Freshsales integration is currently available as a proof of concept. We'll configure the sync for your Freshsales account, seed your custom fields, and verify end-to-end before handing over.

- A Freshsales account - Sign up at freshworks.com if you don't have one. You need a Growth plan or higher for API access and custom fields.
- A Parsley Business account - CRM integrations require a Business plan. Upgrade here if you're on Free.
- 15 minutes for a setup call - We'll connect Freshsales, seed custom fields, and run a test lead together.
What Syncs to Freshsales
Every chatbot conversation that captures a lead syncs to Freshsales as a Contact. Contacts are matched by email so existing records are updated rather than duplicated.

Intelligence Tags
Parsley provisions 12 tags on your Freshsales Contacts. Tags apply automatically based on the chatbot conversation and appear on the Contact record for filtering and Freshworks workflow automation.

Using tags in Freshsales: Filter your Contact list by any Parsley tag to segment leads. A Parsley: Hot Lead tag can trigger a Freshsales workflow that auto-assigns a senior rep, sends a personalized email, or creates a same-day follow-up task.
Custom Fields
Seven custom fields are provisioned on your Freshsales Contacts:

| Lead Source | Always "Parsley Chatbot" for leads captured via the profile |
| Profile URL | Direct link to the Parsley profile where the conversation began |
Conversation Notes
Every meaningful chatbot conversation syncs as a Note on the Freshsales Contact. The Note includes:
- Conversation summary - Key points and topics discussed
- Lead quality score - Hot, Warm, or Cold based on signals
- MEDDIC signals detected - Which buying indicators fired
- Engagement metrics - Message count, session duration, return visitor status
Reps review it before the first call.
Verification
After we set up the sync:
- Capture a test lead - Use your own email to fill out the contact form on your Parsley profile
- Check Freshsales - Within a few seconds a Contact appears with the correct tags
- Have a chatbot conversation - Ask a few questions on your profile's chatbot
- Check the Contact notes - The conversation Note appears with a summary
