Capsule CRM Integration

Sync Parsley chatbot leads to Capsule CRM with tags, custom fields, and conversation notes. Available as a proof of concept - apply to get set up.

Parsley's Capsule CRM integration is currently available as a proof of concept. We'll configure the sync for your Capsule account, seed your custom fields, and verify end-to-end before handing over.

Quick Setup

  1. Visit the Parsley + Capsule integration page
  2. Click Apply for a proof of concept
  3. Tell us about your Capsule workspace and ICP
  4. We set up and verify the sync inside a few days

Prerequisites

  • A Capsule account - Sign up at capsulecrm.com if you don't have one. You need a Professional plan or higher for API access and custom fields.
  • A Parsley Business account - CRM integrations require a Business plan. Upgrade here if you're on Free.
  • 15 minutes for a setup call - We'll connect Capsule, seed custom fields, and run a test lead together.

What Syncs to Capsule

Every chatbot conversation that captures a lead syncs to Capsule as a Person (Party). People are matched by email so existing records are updated rather than duplicated. If the prospect mentions a company, the Person is linked to an existing Organisation or a new one is created.

Intelligence Tags

Parsley provisions 12 tags on your Capsule Parties. Tags apply automatically based on the chatbot conversation and appear on the Person record for filtering and reporting.

Using tags in Capsule: Filter your People list or Opportunities by any combination of Parsley tags. A saved list filtered by Parsley: Hot Lead + Parsley: Decision Criteria Signal surfaces prospects ready to evaluate. Carry the tags forward when you create an Opportunity.

Custom Fields

Seven custom fields are provisioned on your Capsule People:

Conversation Notes

Every meaningful chatbot conversation syncs as a Note on the Capsule Person. The Note includes:

  • Conversation summary - Key points and topics discussed
  • Lead quality score - Hot, Warm, or Cold based on signals
  • MEDDIC signals detected - Which buying indicators fired
  • Engagement metrics - Message count, session duration, return visitor status

Reps review it before the first call.

Verification

After we set up the sync:

  1. Capture a test lead - Use your own email to fill out the contact form on your Parsley profile
  2. Check Capsule - Within a few seconds a Person appears with the correct tags and linked Organisation
  3. Have a chatbot conversation - Ask a few questions on your profile's chatbot
  4. Check the Person notes - The conversation Note appears with a summary
