Pabbly Connect uses its generic Webhook trigger to receive Parsley events. Setup takes under 5 minutes:

  1. Create a workflow in Pabbly Connect with the Webhook by Pabbly trigger
  2. Copy the webhook URL Pabbly generates for you
  3. Go to Hub > API Keys in your Parsley dashboard and create a new webhook subscription
  4. Paste the Pabbly URL and select which events you want to receive
  5. Send a test event so Pabbly can capture the payload structure, then build out your action steps

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Business plan?

The Profile Viewed trigger works on all plans including Free. The other four triggers - Conversation Completed, Lead Captured, Lead Scored, and Signal Detected - require a Business plan.

Can I migrate my Zapier workflows to Pabbly Connect?

The events and data fields are identical, so yes. Create a Pabbly workflow with the Webhook trigger, paste the URL into a new Parsley webhook subscription, and map the same fields to your destination app. Both can run simultaneously if you prefer to migrate gradually.

What if a webhook delivery fails?

Parsley retries webhook deliveries up to 3 times with exponential backoff (1 second, 5 seconds, 30 seconds). If all attempts fail, check your Pabbly Connect workflow execution history for error details.

Does Pabbly Connect support MEDDIC signal data?

Yes. The Lead Scored event includes all six MEDDIC flags (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion) as individual boolean fields. The Signal Detected event fires for each new signal with the signal type, a verbatim quote from the conversation, and a confidence level.
