When a prospect fills out your contact exchange form or provides their info via chatbot, Parsley creates or updates a Folk Person record:

If the person already exists in Folk (matched by email), Parsley updates their record rather than creating a duplicate.

Parsley's AI analyzes every conversation and assigns a lead quality:

Getting Started
The integration takes under two minutes:
- Navigate to Hub > Integrations in your Parsley dashboard
- Click Connect on the Folk card
- Paste your Folk API key (found in Folk Settings > API)
