When a prospect fills out your contact exchange form or provides their info via the presales agent, Parsley creates or updates a HubSpot Contact:

When a prospect engages with your Parsley presales agent, the entire conversation context syncs to HubSpot as a Note on their Contact record.

Lead Quality Score

Parsley's AI analyzes every conversation and assigns a lead quality:

  • Hot - Strong buying signals, ready for immediate follow-up
  • Warm - Interested but early stage, needs nurturing
  • Cold - Information gathering, low urgency

This score appears in the Contact's activity timeline before your first call.

Engagement Signals

Parsley extracts Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, and Champion signals from the conversation - and includes the actual quotes as evidence:
