What Syncs Automatically

Contact Data

When a prospect fills out your contact exchange form or provides their info via chatbot, Parsley creates or updates a HubSpot Contact:

If the Contact already exists in HubSpot (matched by email), Parsley updates their record rather than creating a duplicate. No more cleaning up duplicates after every conference.

Conversation Intelligence

When a prospect engages with your Parsley AI chatbot, the entire conversation context syncs to HubSpot as a Note on their Contact record.

Lead Quality Score

Parsley's AI analyzes every conversation and assigns a lead quality:

  • Hot - Strong buying signals, ready for immediate follow-up
  • Warm - Interested but early stage, needs nurturing
  • Cold - Information gathering, low urgency

This score appears in the Contact's activity timeline before your first call.

  2. Click Connect on the HubSpot card
  3. Authorize Parsley in the HubSpot OAuth popup
  4. Done - leads and conversations now sync automatically
